The interest rate seems good to say the issues you have had with Future.
Without knowing your full circumstances, its difficult to say whether it is worth going for it. Are there saving to be had on the monthly payment?
the issues ive had with future are 1 missed payment in november 06
the issue ive had with endeavour personal finance are 3 missed payments, last of which jan 07

Peter, I believe that I have answered one of your posts before.
Giving advice is very subjective and is a matter of opinion, take the advice that Homer is trying to give to you.
Find a mortgage broker and a mortgage product that fit's nearest to your needs and go for it.

no it shouldn't be an impossible task but you need to stick to one broker and let them do their job - you are panicking by the sounds of it and have no faith in what you are being told.
You need to decide on one route and then committ to it with one broker. The more you question and confuse yourself the more unclear you become.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. In all your threads you have omitted some very important facts about your situation which impact seriously on the mortgage providers who will consider your application. I know this as I am one of the brokers you have chosen to speak to. I cannot reveal what facts and how they affect your situation without breaching the data protection act and they have no place in a public forum anyhow. The reason I have not got back to you with a specific recommendation is because I am trying to get you what you want. I am the kind of broker who leaves no stone unturned. If you REALLY want my advice then I suggest you stop pushing as I don't have instant answers. I am frankly offended by the amount of threads you have started on MSE since instructing me as by doing that you are questioning my professionalism. This was the reason I refused to advise you initially, but upon speaking to you I felt compelled to help.
You have also failed to take heed of the most important piece of advice that I ave given you so far. STOP APPROACHING LENDERS DIRECTS AND STOP BEING CREDIT CHECKED BY NUMEROUS BROKERS. You are trashing your credit rating and making mine, and god knows whichever other brokers you have instructed jobs harder and rapidly diminishing your chances of attaining what you need from the mortgage.I am a Mortgage Adviser

i didnt even mention you! i was referring to a broker whom we spoke to b4 speaking to yourself, he said that he was going to talk to future mortgages about our case on the 30th april but he still hasnt got back to us. that was what my post was stating. and no he didnt credit check us, ive told the brokers whom ive spoke to not to credit check me im not that stupid! ive instructed you to do so and that is all, i just wanted some more information of what kinda case i had, and if any brokers on here have dealt with similar cases. i think i have good reason to ask the people on here questions as this time 4 years ago i was living with my father paying 20 pound a week keep and having no worries but now its completely different and i have a family to look after as well so forgive me for worrying about our curent situation but i cannot help it!0 -
Peter,
Stop worrying and put your TRUST in me. If you dont have 100% trust in the person who is looking after your finances then you shouldnt be using them. I ave promised to come back with something definite Tues, and I dont break promises, however I am admittedly having difficulty attaining you 95% ltv - I assure you I am doing my best by you, and even if its not what you want I will get the very best I can for you, after all, its what I am best at.
Go have a few beers and chill
