Page is not live now - and a whois search suggests the domain name was created only a couple of weeks ago, so perhaps it wasn't supposed to be live yet.
Seems to be linked to http://vets4pets.com/ - but that doesn't help much!0 -

Got a letter saying there was no clickers left in stock and gave me a £5 off voucher to be used in my local practice......
