Hi All
This is my first post!!
We currently have a LTV 85% and are looking at having a loft conversion. Our fixed rate comes to an end in April - are there any mortgages out there that would allow us to borrow more for a loft conversion?!
Thank you in advance for you help

You may well struggle to raise the funds you require.
Loft conversions tend to cost more than the value they add as well.0 -
Most remortgage products top-out at 85% or 90%, so you might be able to borrow the same again, or perhaps a little more, but I doubt this would be enough to fund such an undertaking.Hi All
