By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Marketing materials relating to the Competition, including all information on how to enter the Competition, also form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between any terms referred to in such marketing materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

Sponsor: The Competition is sponsored by Explore UK Travel Limited, Unit 36, 88-90 Hatton Garden, London, EC1N 8PN.

Participants must be at least 21 years old and legally resident within the United Kingdom. Employees or agents of the Sponsor or any of its affiliated companies and their immediate families and members of their households, and anyone otherwise connected with the operation or fulfillment of the Competition are not eligible to take part. The Sponsor reserves the right to require participants to prove that they are eligible. If a winner is found to be ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to another particpant and to require the return of any prize already awarded.

The information you provide will only be used for the purposes referred to in our Privacy Policy.

Entry to the Competition is free, no purchase is necessary. To enter submit your name and address details on our competition entry form. Entries submitted by any other means will not be accepted: only those submitted by the official method of entry. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. Participants may only submit one entry per person.

The Competition commences at 00:01 (GMT) on 4th June 2012 and ends at 23.59 (GMT) on 28th February 2013.

The prize draw will take place on 3rd March 2013.

The prize is either a standard room at the Crowne Plaza London The City Hotel, 19 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BD or a superior double room the Grange Tower Bridge Hotel, 45 Prescot Street, London, E1 8GP for two nights in April 2013.

The prize is subject to availability and must be taken in full by 30th April 2013.

The prize does not include breakfast and any transport, spending allowance, travel insurance or any other expenses.

All elements of the prize are subject to availability, change and prize fund provider standard operator terms and conditions.

The winner of the Competition will be chosen at random from all eligible, properly submitted entries received before 23.59 (GMT) on 28th February 2013.

The winner will be notified no later than 4th March 2013 via the email address collected on entry. Winners will be required to submit valid identification before receiving their respective prizes. The notification of winning will provide information on how the prize will be delivered to the winners. If the winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified in the notification of winning, the Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a further random draw to award the prize to another participant.

In the event that, for reasons beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control and not related to a winner, the Sponsor is unable to award any prizes as described in these Terms and Conditions, the Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of a similar nature and an equivalent value, or at its sole discretion, the cash value of the prize concerned. In the event of a printing or other error resulting in there being more winners than prizes for the Competition, the Sponsor reserves the right to allocate the prize through a further draw or divide the value of the prize between the winners of the Competition.

The provision of prizes does not imply endorsement by the Sponsor of the relevant hotels or any other third parties concerned in any way with the Competition. Any complaints or queries relating to the use of a prize should be directed to the relevant hotel.

By entering the Competition, participants agree to have their name and photograph featured in publicity materials relating to the Competition without further reference, payment or other compensation. This includes making their name as a winner available on ExploreUKTravel.co.uk. Details of the winner will also be made available to participants and the public on request by sending an email to info@exploreuktravel.co.uk with the subject heading "London Competition Winners List" no later than 31st August 2013.

The Sponsor will collect and process participants' personal information in order to conduct the Competition and it will be shared with the Sponsor's agents to the extent necessary for the prizes to be delivered to the winners. The participants will also be sent Explore UK Travel's regular newsletters. If particpants do not provide the mandatory information requested when entering the Competition, they may not take part in the Competition. Participants' names and other personal details from their entry to the Competition will be collected and stored by the Sponsor and held in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy.

The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the Competition in whole or part, at its sole discretion, if it believes the Competition is not capable of being conducted as specified within these Terms and Conditions or in the event of a virus, a computer bug or unauthorised human intervention or any other cause that is beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality or normal course of the Competition. Neither the Sponsor or affiliated companies are responsible for any conditions, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their control, such as but not limited to, the acts or defaults of any supplier selected by the Sponsor to provide the prize or otherwise that may cause the Competition to be disrupted or corrupted, or that could lead to loss or damage of the prize in transit to the winner.

Save where it has been negligent, the Sponsor will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participants' entry into the Competition or their acceptance and/or use of a prize, or for technical, hardware or software failures, loss, faulty or unavailable connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit the ability to particpate in the Competition. These Terms and Conditions do not limit the Sponsor's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence.

Any participant that attempts to enter the Competition in a manner, which in the Sponsor's reasonable determination is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other entrants may be rejected from the Competition at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Where such actions have significantly impacted the Competition, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Competition as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems resulting from such actions.

All Sponsor's decisions in relation to the Competition are final and the Sponsor will not enter into any correspondence with particpants.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the United Kingdom and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
