    Nationwide AIPs are usually reliable.

Is the adverse only showing on one credit file?

Just noticed your reply, yeah the adverse is on my file only.

Things might not be as bad as it seems then!

Going back for a second viewing at lunchtime to see the house in daylight. Should I just go back to nationwide again as I've been accepted there recently, or would it be better to go to a broker?

Just had a look at our last AIP, it was for up to £165k not the £145k figure I had in my head that I mentioned earlier.

The Halifax AIP was mentioned by someone earlier, how reliable are their AIP's? The other half banks with them and is edging towards them

Halifax AIP's are unreliable, Nationwide's are much more reliable.

I can only assume the adverse was not registered appropriately for Nationwide to approve in principle.

Go in with your eyes open, affordability is unlikely to be the issue for you...

I didn't mean on one person's file, I meant on one version of the file. Presumably it doesn't show up on Experian, but does on Equifax, or vice versa?
