Im up in court tomorrow and I am not looking forward to it one bit but thanks to the people on this site I have been able to relax a bit.

Ill put up a post tomorrow to let everyone know how I got on, probably no sleep tonight though.

Thanks, I just read through your post, I have the exact same concern regarding the IPA etc, been having nightmares that the judge has refused to make me bankrupt and demanded the money there and than lol

24 hours and counting.....
