CFO Lending: Prevention better than cure

  • Dont get me wrong, as I said, if you borrow the money, you are obligated to pay it back. The reason I made the Loan Shark reference is because of the way that some firms conduct themselves.

I once took out a loan with Toothfairy finance with a repayment date of 30th month. They tried to take the money a day early and then sent me an email to say my payment had been declined. Now that is fair enough. Within an hour, I had emails and text messages galore accusing me of fraud. I called the company to tell them to take the payment the next day, and the automated messages continued for the next 24 hours. Under 4 separate company names (Marshall Hoare, SpeedCredit, Toothfairy Finance and a fourth whose name escapes me). I then got a phone call at my place of work saying "pay up or we are sending bailiffs to your house". I got paid the next day and paid them promptly and the debt rose by £86 in one day! Thats what I mean by loan shark behaviour.
I refuse to bury my head in the sand any longer. I live for the day I will not fear the phone, the post or the knock at the door.
  • I decided not too long ago that I was going to see how much PDLs gave me without actually having a payday! I think that these companies are fraudsters and to be honest should never be allowed to get away with targeting the people they do. so... I applied to one payday loan company and lied on my form. I got the payday loan of 50 pounds. I then, after receiving a million calls, texts and emails, decided to apply for as much as I could possibly get which turned out to be about 400 altogether. This might seem wrong to some of you but believe me when i say - these companies pray on people like you that are worried about paying them back! CHANGE YOUR BANK ACCOUNT AND GET WHATEVER MONEY YOU HAVE PAID INTO THAT ACCOUNT. Dont worry about it coz they are such a shower of cowboys that most judges wont even take the case if it goes so far as to being brought to court. I am in profit with these guys and they wont see one penny- well thats what happens when you loan to someone without a wage! I really dont care about my credit rating! why would I- its not like I ever wanted credit- if you cant live off your own money then there is a real problem anyway- I just hope that someone that is reading this post- gets a much as they can off these PDLs and changes their account and screw them for it! they DESERVE it and have screwed people out of their money for far too long!
