my reply was :

Are you a resident of Bath? If not, I will not be able to do the fingerprint jewellery.
This is because we do not use a mould system, and need to physically take the child's fingerprint.
Also, you will have a Smallprint Franchisee in your area and we are not allowed to operate outside of our territory.

..and there are actually quite a few heart pendants with names on the homepage as well...

Noah, Jack, Daisy, Ethan, Faith...doesn't stipulate where on homepage so could be all or just one....

I am sorry for any confusion!! It is the first competition I have run as the new Smallprint Franchisee for my area, and only expected readers of the Bath Mums website to enter!

I have had to write a standard response to everyone as I am unable to reply individually due to the large numbers of replies, hence the reply to the Scottish address :-)
