Hi, I recently sent three receipts in to quidco for the baby lotion cashback as it said it was redemable 3 times. On my account it's only tracked once. When I tried to contact quidco first it said wait 3 days, then I went back after three days and it said wait 14 days. Do you think the other two will track? I just assumed that as I sent them together, they would track together.
Any help from Brad or anyone quidco regulards would be apprecated.

Hi all, I signed up to Ladbrookes to get the cash back from topcashback and don't understand about playthrough. On the site it says you have to wager 30 times your deposit and free bonus but how do you know how much you have used? Is ther a list somewhere of bets and win/lose? I have tried and I cant find anything. Or is it the case you just cant withdraw your winnings? I put in £50 and won over £300 on roulette. Anyone offer any help please? TIA0

The Jus Rol pastry is giving 25p cashback when you buy a 500g pack. However, I have just been to Morrisons and they are selling 1kg packs at £1.25 which seems a better offer than buying the smaller packs (even with cashback).
Of course if you only want a small amount then Asda is cheapest at £1 for the 500g packs which would make it 75p with cashback.

ASDA have the 500g pack on offer for £1 and the frozen 1kg (2x 500g) for £2.0 -

This isn't really the right place for your question but anyway, if you haven't kept track of your bets you'll need to look at the PlayCheck information to work it out; or maybe ask their Customer Services (but that might identify you as a bonus abuser). Did you actually accept a bonus? If not then you might not have to wager your deposit more than once anyway. The TCB offer simply states 'Open a new account and deposit/play £50 minimum of chips' so there appears to be no need to accept a bonus or wager more than 1 x your £50 deposit if you're simply playing for cashback.0 -

Having abit of difficulty with them at the moment, uploaded a receipt for the Robinsons squash the other day, receipt was stuck on the "still working" screen, and now it's disappeared altogether and the offer has finished :mad: also, today's receipt is taking forever to upload too....
Are you using WIFI or 3G? If 3G try WIFI, works much better for me all the time. I struggled with the same offer also, had a sainsburys receipt and used the "stitch" feature and I must have uploaded it 4/5 times and nearly sent them an email. But once refreshing the app it appeared the cashback
If your using a iphone try quitting the app and re starting it
And if you continue having problems try uploading it online

I think I am getting confused. So.....quidco have changed to online only for some deals, but am i right in that tcb is not available on line? So when I ordered the recent 6 month half price delivery offer from tesco I unwittingly gave up the ability to get tcb shop and save?0

Yes the TCB offers are instore only so any offers you want to take advantage of would need to be purchased separate to your online orders.0

@Lovingtescoforever: We don't always get prior warning when a offer is going to be removed early. We will of course try our best to communicate better with you all as soon as we do.
@Deanied: Apologies that your receipt has not tracked properly. This can happen from time to time. The best thing to do when this does occur is to raise a ticket. This can be done by following this link. https://www.quidco.com/support-contact-us. We can look at your receipt and of course amend your cashback if it has tracked at the wrong amount.
@Sinw: We currently don't have any plans to convert your cashback to Tesco clubcard points. Do you prefer the points or the cash?
@Bethansmum: We do have a mixture of offers that are available online, instore and both. You can easily distinguish between these by looking at the highlighted logo at the bottom right corner of each offer. You can also filter the offers by ticking or unticking the computer and trolley logo. We also provide a PDF of all the instore offers. You can view this by clicking on the 'print the latest offers' tab at the top right corner of the ClickSnap page.
