I resubmitted my receipt to Quidco after it was declined because the date wasn't visable, but only 1 item tracked when it should be 3, do I resubmit the receipt?

Is anyone having trouble with Shopitize today? I bought a box of Go Ahead Yoghurt Breaks and tried submitting a receipt (it was lovely and clear because I scanned it instead of using my phone) and although it recognises that I've submitted one, it won't recognise the offer. Tried a different receipt because I bought two so that my Mum could submit a receipt and the same thing happened.

Yes I had trouble using it yesterday. I did the sharing on Twitter part then I scanned the barcode, then snapped the receipt, took the picture fine etc but just seemed to be stuck on the uploading part, so I left it and then when I checked again, it said I needed to scan the barcode again and then the receipt again?

I've used it before so know I've done everything correctly....I'll try again today.

Sorry to be a bit thick. Have eventually cottoned on to this and am using topcashback and quidco. Could someone tell me where I find the shopitise details. Have tried to read the thread albeit quickly and can't find out what it is. Many thanks.

Tried to use shopitize for first time and unable to scan barcode with ipad, just get message saying not on offer. I deliberately bought certain items purely cos of offers, can anyone help. The items are definitely on my receipt which was from Morrisons this morning many thanks
