Does anyone know what to do with a sainsburys double sided receipt for snap & save as you can only upload one photo with them? The time/date is printed on the back which they need
I think they said you can fold the receipt in the t + c's?
I was just showing my Mother how to get to grips with this and like you she has the Sainsbury's double sided receipt.
I folded the receipt so the product can be displayed, as well as the supermarket, date and time.0 -
I never thought it'd be that much fun to do some grocery shopping, but it was! Especially when I got to the coffee isle and I stood there looking at the gap where the coffee on my list meant to be - turned my head the left - and there's a chap standing there with his list in hand looking at the gap too. I spotted he'd drawn some kind of table of items and costs on his note and I thought to myself "This place is FULL of cashback shoppers! Why am I only doing this now?!
"
Thank goodness this is only once a week, I'm not sure I could handle the excitement on a daily basis.Debt free since 2014 - now saving for a mortgage deposit :heart2:
This time I'm on top of it! We live and learn :coffee:0 -

When I uploaded my sainsbury receipt to Quidco, I ticked the box for the salad but forgot to tick the box for the Loyd Grossman sauce. I tried to upload the receipt again but it wouldn't let me.
Will they notice the sauce or should I try to contact them somehow - does anyone know how or have any suggestions?0 -

we'll have to rely on users for prices from Morrisons, so much appreciated:beer::beer:
On your doc sheet ... you have Florette crispy salad ... you have added the Morrisons price ... but Shopitize only pay out the cashback if this item is bought at Asda , Tesco or Sainsburysterri x

I don't think they'll notice it if you didn't tick it. E-mail them at clicksnap@quidco.com and give them your receipt ID, the offer you missed and your user ID/e-mail address. They should give you the cashback as a "goodwill payment". That's what's come through for me today when I reported a a couple of mine that they missed.0 -

I suggest giving them a quick email explaining the mistake
or take another picture of the receipt and try uploading it? That's what I did today for TCB. Took 3 different pictures of the same receipt on the app on the way home0 -
