I cannot get the shopitize app on my new phone - it says it is not compatible How do I get to cash out my money as may as well do this if I cannot add to it!

So annoyed, went to asda armed with a list of items that we needed plus could get cashback on but it can't find the receipt aaarrrggghhhh!!!

Over £3 in cashback including the dairy milk down the drain (:mad:
