I would email back and push it with them. Firmly but politely say that is not acceptable and explain again, that the problem is because the app would not recognise your receipt.

I just wondered if anyone had clever way of finding the higher rate cashback deals on my supermarket? When I click to view current cashback offers, I get the horrendously long list of 5% cashback on certain brands, and anything that offers more is hidden in between, I usually look at the first couple of pages, but then lose the will to live & give up...
Is there any way of filtering the offers so that you only see the specials at all?

Yes it used to be only a few high offers but now there are 100s of 5% offers, I stopped looking a while ago.

Scanning the b/c of fairy lemon 530 ml and it's stating wrong product. It is the right product so what can I do. Tia

I have got into the habit of scanning the items in store now so I don't buy it unless the item is recognised.

Getting frustrated with Shopitize's failure to scan receipts, having no problem with COS even though they are all scanned at exactly the same time and place :mad:

I took up this offer on mine and my hubby's name. I received the £60 a few weeks ago. Hubby's was still pending but I've just logged on now and it's been declined. I'm not happy and will be raising a claim. :mad:
