My shopitize receipt from the shop did not print correctly as the ink must have been running out and it is all streaky = hence I got an error message on submission. Has this happened to anyone else and is it worth emailing them about it?

This constantly happens to me when I use asda self scan. What I tend to do is try to take a photo a couple of times and a button will come up saying report the issue, I then write a quick message and normally they will manually update the claim a day or so later.

Lucky you! I've never known a reply from Shopitize earlier than a week after I report an issue. Awful customer service!

I would email them. On a few occasions I've had errors yet they have replied quickly and rewarded me the amount :T I think their CS is good personally on how quick they dealt with me.

Looked on Asda and tesco websites and they both have the product listed. Tesco just being selective it seems!

Does anyone know if you can claim mysupermarket cashback more than once for the same item? Ie the Blue Dragon sauces at the mo, buy 2 get 50p - could I buy 4 and get £1, or could I buy 2 on one receipt and then 2 on a second..? I've never tried it before!
