Got them, but the app is being stupid and turning my receipts upside down and wrong way round. Tried 3 times so had to submit and keeps getting rejected had to send an enquiry now.

Now my pending query has disappeared and not been paid, they have just deleted it. Only a few hours left of the offer and I have no record on my account. Has this happened to others.


Just been paid, sorry, but wish I knew what was happening.

I have messaged on fb and reported and yesterday and messaged on fb today and its not been resolved. Not even an acknowledgment of my message.

Hello again ive been using the shopitize app I am really enjoying it except I now have a button that I can withdraw using bacs but when I press it it tells me to download the app I already have!!!!!!

Next is that some of the offers are really good but for example the bananas wasnt stocked at the tesco nr me next one from me is over 30miles its not a small tesco but still dont stock it so couldnt take advantage also quite alot of the good offers are not avalible at morrisons why is this so morrisons didnt get banana or cornetto offer which is a shame please advise further thanks in advance

I had this issue earlier this evening, I logged out and logged in again and it sorted the issue :-)

I hate sharing things on Facebook. Firstly, I don't want people knowing what I do, secondly, I hate getting stuff like that myself and don't want to subject other people to it. Finally the idea of a separate FB account with no friends is a problem as Facebook only allow one account so this should not be done. I will not partake in anything that has to be shared on FB. ont understand twitter and certainly wouldn't want to share on it if I had it.

I have had my bananas declined as submitted after 10 am on the 15th. I actually did it around 3pm on 14th but had to keep re submitting receipt as kept saying action needed. What is shopitize going to do? I only bought the bananas because of the offer. very poor service from shopitize!

Only just noticed this post, started my email to you but halfway through noticed that the £1.60 had already applied after reporting the issue in-app so thank you to the powers that be! I also bought the whole cucumber but it refused to accept the barcode, pretty sure it was the right on though, anyone else had issues with that? I did note it on the end of the report but my 40p is still waiting its barcode, not too fussed as its only 40p at end of the day!

I am off to shop today, hope i dont have any further problems. how can a cucumber be a wrong one. Do u need to put an enquiry into shopitize. If u get 2 offers before Sunday, they are promising great things.

Shopitize, i've scanned a receipt in twice, and have even marked the products with pencil yet they come back "needs action".

The problem is, we, the consumers have no control over the ink levels in the stores printers, so when the receipt is printed faintly your software can't recognise the print.

My purchase of british beef and special k from Tesco should be worth £2.70 cashback.

I'm not going to resubmit the receipt again.

Shoptize.....i like the offers you have on your app, love that the fact that you normally get your cash recorded with a few mins however..... when are you going to sort your app for sony users??????? Its been 2 months and its still crashing when i'm taking pics of the barcode.:mad:
