That normally happens when they are updating it and adding new offers.

Looking now there are new offers and (existing ones, where the cash back has been lowered down:( but i guess that's the benefit of having more new offers)

WOW, that's pricey ....I guess you meant £1.75, with 70p cash back. I'm sure I saw it in ASDA for the same price too a few days ago.

The reason you are not seeing the offers is because we have very recently launched an update of our iOS app, you can see the offers by updating your Shopitize app if you are an iPhone user.

However, we will be launching the new update of our Android app soon and will let our users know when this is ready.

You can also check and update your rewards in the new iOS update by tapping in 'Menu' > 'Redeemed'

Can any TopCashback Snap & Save users help me out please?

A few days ago I bought the Green Giant sweetcorn that you can get 20p cashback on. I did everything as asked (took a clear pic of receipt showing everything they need) and have seen today that my cashback got declined. I have attempted to submit a ticket about this, but it's not working. I'm not sure if it's the site or if I'm doing something wrong. I chose to submit a ticket, it asks for the name of the retailer so I put Morrisons, but when I click next the page is just white, there's nothing else to do.

Any ideas what has happened and why my claim may have been declined? Thanks in advance

SR - if still valid, just re-submit (as normal and not a support ticket). Probably an issue with the image and we've had similar issues.

If date has expired, send image to snapandsave@topcashback.co.uk
Send it there anyway if you want, but probably better off just re-submitting.

I've used Quidco for online purchases twice since getting this app. I've using them on my PC, yet both times I've not had the cashback tracked :mad: have raised one claim but now need to wait another 2 days before I can raise the next claim. Think I will stick with TCB after this and apply for the higher cashback rate that is being offered through Quidco.
