Any money making ideas???

Hi I need to clear my debt and I don't want to borrow more. I am 26 years old, bright and hardworking (even though I'm in debt duh!!). Problem being I've searched the internet and all jobs offering additional income seem to be scams. Sometimes I think you need money to make money. So if you have any ideas let me know. I would like something homebased, I used to work in a bar but have a full-time job too and I was so tired I got into trouble at work.

    Hi,
I've joined a cashbacksite called moneybackmadness.co.uk. It's really good, you can do daily clicks and refer friends for which you will get £10 per friend. Have a look at the referrers board on here at the link 'my moneybackmadness link', there's a few posts on there and my personal link is on page 2. Hope this helps!
    Cheers,
    Anne

Well if its a quick big money making thing your after then the only things these are is scams.

Basically ask yourself why would someone want to give me their money. Every one needs to have a reason to hand over their cash. Take Yougov for example that pay you because they get paid by someone else.

Chances are you are not going to clear debts from online earnings but you can earn a few quid here and there.

    Ways to start are:

    1. Obviously Use a certain website called http://moneysavingexpert.com I hear its very good J.

    2. Have an eBay box at home. Any thing you were going to throw out i.e. clothes, books get it in the box and get it up on eBay. How far you go with eBay is up to you. I read of people working full time on there. Fair play to them for being able to provide some product on a consistent basis but personally I cannot see myself doing that. So I just use my eBay box for my throwaway items. Brings in an extra few quid a month (don’t forget to take into account fees and passing the postage costs onto the buyer)

    3. Is there something you can provide the world? Don’t do it myself but know of people who involve their hobbies such as painting, jewellery making and sell online could be good if you get a niche .

    4. Are you an expert in some field if so you could try writing an eBook on the subject and selling that.

    5. Look where you can get everything cheapest and buy through the cash back sites.

    6. Get a website/blog. I have one On here I talk about random things that interest me. I also added a few ads through Google ads which brings in a small amount per month. If you get a subject you know well you could get a few views. Basically I’ve resisted the temptation to rip off MSE articles but you have given me a great idea for a new post on there. Basically a re-write of this but with the referral links.

    7. Forgot this one. join yougov.

Just a few ideas hopefully these will be of some use to you.
Hi there! We’ve had to remove your signature. It was so good we removed it because we cannot think of one so good as you had and need to protect others from seeing such a great signature.

Maybe a mad thing to say but...

I have lots of decent clothes. Selling on eBay is a pain. I would like to do a car boot sale and would charge £2 per item (some are new and have £40+ tags on and none are a mess). However I don't have a car!

If someone in my area wanted to do a boot sale I'd be more than happy to sell my items on for them to do the boot sale and would even negotiate the price. Then they could haggle at the sale (ie. I have a DKNY vest that I would let go for £2 but am sure someone would fall in love with on sight and pay £10+)

Maybe if you are in a position to do boot sales you could buy from people in your local area like me and sell on? Just a thought. In my case you could in theory buy ten tops at £20 and sell for a total of £50.
Aiming to pay off mortgage by my 30th birthday... £39438 to go!

The only thing about boot sales is that it is so disheartening when you have paid a lot pf money for something and someone is trying to haggle off another 50p when you're only selling for £2 anyway!! Mind you, I've learnt now to ask for more thanI want sothat I get haggled down to what I want to sell for or I ask them what they are willing to pay (got £15 for an old pair of OHs ski boots that I would only have asked £2 for if I had given a price!!)
Also don't forget sites like quidco and pigsback (lots of info on mse) and there is always mystery shopping - nothing raises a lot but as they say 'every little helps!!'
Good luck with the money raising
;) If you think you are too small to make a difference, try getting in bed with a mosquito!

    Hi Miss Frankie

Do you know about AQA (Any Questions Answered)? Basically, you sign up with them, do a test they email you and if accepted you'll be paid for answering questions online. Lots of DFWs earn quite a good part-time income doing this. The amount of time you put into it ( and how much you earn) is up to you and it is definitely NOT a scam!

    Just click here:
    http://www.aqa.issuebits.com/index.htm

and go to the Vacancies page. They are currently recruiting in UK but don't always so get in quick if you are interested. We heard they only needed people with Degrees but this isn't exactly so. So long as you have reached a good educational standard and have excellent grammar and punctuation skills you stand a good chance of being accepted!

    Good Luck:beer:

Hi there are some cashback sites where all you have to do is click through to sites and you'll get 2-5p per click. See Martins article on shopping. It will make you £20-50 a month.

Have you tried doing Avon or Body Shop. I did Body Shop parties for six months I got £30-50 per party. The best time sadly is at Xmas where you can earn over £1k for the months running up to Xmas.
