First time buyer worried about mortgage

Hello,
I have followed all of the steps listed in the mortgage guide, updated all my address's on old accounts, closed any open but unused, got on the electorial role and so forth.
Not only that but i have a perfect credit history all repayments on time none missed. With all this combined my experian score is 990 which is perfect providing i wish to go with santander for my mortgage who use that credit supplier.
I have recently put in an offer of 117k on a house which has been accepted. I have the 10% deposit saved up and i now have a meeting to go through the first stages of applying. I have previously been to see santander to do an affordability check and given my income i knew i could borrow up to 120k. So the 105k needed to borrow is well under that amount.
However i am deeply concerned about the lack of human particaption invovled in acheiving an AIP. I fear that my account history will not have updated in time to reflect for all the linked address's listed and also my electorial role despite going back to 2003 only has 1 year in the current address (moved from london to the midlands).
Luckily i will have an advisor with me who said she will be able to speak to head office if something doesn't go right providing i bring all my pay checks, bank statements and experian report.
If anyone can give me any advice? or reassurence? about anything i should do or consider before going in please i am all ears

Do the wise financial things - pay your bills in full and on time, keep your borrowing low and don't adjust your financial behaviour to optimise your Experian so-called 'credit score'. Mortgage credit scoring criteria are different from scoring for unsecured lending - and I suspect that the Experian so-called 'credit score' is biased towards unsecured lending
Other than that, you seem to be attending to the right things. You might as well ask the Wizard of Oz to give you a big number as pay a Credit Referencing Agency for a so-called 'credit-score'0 -

Is this a mortgage broker as opposed to an in house advisor?0
