The OP is a rude individual who's been defensive and ungrateful throughout the thread.
As many have said, all he needed to do was (shock) ask the lender. But no, let's ask randoms on a message board and then get sh*tty with them when he doesn't like the answers.0 -

Many people view the forum , read the posts and move on.
Hopefully threads like this wake people up to the realisation that dealing with finance matters in particular contracts isn't a game. Where the rules are flexible. The basic principles of mortgage lending have been around for decades.0
