oh i'm lucky if i will earn 17,000 between the two jobs no chance of me earning enough to get into the 40% tax bracket...hopefully will get some money back though as every bit helps i pay alot of tax with one job (the second one) 22% hurts every week0

Did you earn more than £7185 on your 1st job last year? If so you will be due no rebate on the 2nd job as it will have been taxed correctly at 22%.0 -

Im not working at all, i dont have my p45 from my last job anymore :shocked: i dont think so anywayhelp0

If you don't have a P45, you will have to fill in a P46 when you start work. It will take a while to sort out anyway. On one job you will have to state that this is not your only job and that would be the one which would use BR.
It may all depend on when you have to fill in the P46 when you start the first job.0
