in Cutting tax

I'm a PAYE employee in the 40% bracket. I am also doing some part-time consulting work and expect to get an additional lump-sum payment of 50K this tax year. I also have a dormant ltd company.
Would it be best to revive the ltd company and receive payment through that or
Is there another, tax efficient way to get paid?
Thx In advance
