Parkdean holiday, page 95 There are three prizes of a three-night weekend or four-night mid-week break for three families of up to six people, staying in a self-catering caravan holiday home at the winner's choice of Parkdean holiday parks up to the total value of £500 per family. The prize must be taken between 15 April 2013 and 31 October 2013, subject to availability at time of booking. At least one person from each party must be aged 18 years or over. Prize does not include travel, meals, beverages, expenses, activities or spending money. If the value of the holiday booked is less than £500, no refund of the difference shall be made.

I had this problem, just hit the tab button a few times and it will move down to the rest of the form

I had to use the tab to find half the form!

Just tab on from the last box you've filled in and the rest will appear.
