ILG and DWVC !!!

Can anyone help me with this please? I had a membership and as with many other people lost lots of money!!! I have found out that these people have been taken to court because of this fraud and yesterday I was contacted by someone claiming to be able to get my money back. Well in this day and age this was music to my ears but I have heard of so many scams what do I do !!!

We've been contacted a few times and paid some money out , nothing back as yet so probably we've been fooled too . Heard from European facility systems SL . Sounded plausable but today he's sending forms and because of tax , wants us to pay nearly £3000 which they'll return to us the next week . Looked online and this too looks as if it's not real . Seemingly the Spanish don't have to pay taxes in these matters . Won't be sending money to them . Anyone else heard from that company and was it them that contacted you ? I think there are a few firms saying they'll get your money but don't know if any are genuine .

Under no circumstances should any money be paid upfront to any claims company. Ever.
