Exactly ! To lose weight, eat less, move more.

I've been drinking green tea for years, i've been the same weight for years too. I drink it because i like it and i don't like ordinary tea or coffee. I probably have about 4 cups a day.

The thought of green tea with milk in makes me feel ill :eek:

Anyway, I ended up buying some capsules from a company called Simply Supplements.

Unfortunately not really seeing any weight loss on the scales. Can't believe I have been dieting and exercising & have only lost just over a stone. For some reason I still find it disappointing.

It wasn't mentioned in this thread. I have introduced green tea as a detox.

I also said in another thread, that I am hoping both green tea & CLA help with weight loss. No mention of quitting diet and exercise & just taking these as a way to lose weight.

It would be appreciated if we could just stick to the topic of this thread.

The best way to detox is to have a glass of water, an early night and let your kidneys do the job they are designed for.

amazon usually has supplements at a reasonable price i get mine off there

I ended up buying mine from a company called Simply Supplements. However, I will check out Amazon aswell.
