Barclays Wage Bands

Hi All,

I just had a quick question about the salaries at Barclays. On all the vacancies they put "competitive" salary and then b1,b2,b3, etc.

I was looking at a Customer Service Advisor (over the phone) role which had a "B2" pay scale. Any ideas on what the salary might be?

Hi, thanks for the reply. I found the same link but its not very precise. The range being anywhere between 10k to 19k.

I was hoping someone who is in a similar role or have been in this role could chime in with a response

Well for starters they are out of date as the minimum salary for CSA is less than min wage for a full time position. I'm not sure how precise you'll get to be honest, with that wide a salary band you'll probably start at the bottom unless you can convince them you have relevant experience that shows you should start higher.

I previously worked at Barclays as the same role and earned 15k (it was something random like 15223k lol)
