NRAM default when already CCJ

Hi
Has anybody else had a default recorded on their credit reference when they already have a CCJ?
NRAM have a default then a CCJ against me from 2007 and I made an application to vary. This was accepted and I have made all the payments of £96 a month since (in fact even before) and always on time.
Last year I noticed on my file that they had recorded (only from January 2009) that I was up to date until July 2010. Then they started recorded 1 month in arrears, 2 months, right through to 5, then from 10 December 2012, they have recorded me in default.
They have made no contact with me to advise that there was a default and have sent nothing in writing.
Is this normal?
It is a bit alarming for me as I thought once the CCJ was gone in July 2013, I would have peace of mind even though I will still be making payments for a while longer.
I have a picture and I can send the link to view it if it helps anybody understand what I mean. I can't post it here as I am banned as a newbie

If they are going to record a default then it must be dated on or before the date of the original CCJ.

46 We do not see any inconsistency in filing defaults relating to debts which the lender has also tried to recover through a CCJ or decree. Of course, the default must not be filed as being after the date of the CCJ or decree.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thanks Fermi - Should the monthly markings not read AP though in any case?0

No. It should have been marked as a default from the date the CCJ was awarded or before.
Status codes such as 1,2,3,4,5,6 AP etc only apply to accounts before they have been defaulted. Once defaulted, it is just a D/8 from then onwards until the debt is settled.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
