Walking Stick Repair

Hi, I have a antique wooden walking stick that has crack midway along the shaft. Does anyone know where I would go to see if a repair was possible ? There are a few places on the net, but would rather go local if possible (in Belfast area). Thanks.

For peace of mind it's best to replace as it has to support your weight.
a repair (no matter how good) will always have the inherent 'line of weakness', the wood will have lost its integral strength.
Gumtree, charity shops or car boot sales should get you a cheap replacement0
