I have TMPP with Halifax and am considering putting in a claim for mis-selling but I wanted to know if the claim is excepted or refused how long do you have to wait if you wanted to put a claim in if made redunant or sickness?

What makes you think it has been miss sold and do you have a provable reason to back it up.
If you are wanting to actually make a claim, you should look at the terms and conditions you actually signed up for saying you had read and understoodmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

The TMPP is policy that offers life assurance, critical illness cover, income protection and MPPI. It can have all of these or any combination. It may not even have the MPPI element.
Do you know what parts of the TMPP you have?
If you put in a complaint about it, then the company can cancel the policy even if they reject your complaint.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
