What to do!!!

I've been comping for a couple of months and never experienced this before. On 15th January, I won an Esty Lingerie Set...they emailed and asked for my address details to send my prize. I have heard nothing since and nothing has arrived.

I have emailed them twice and no-one has responded yet. Just a bit annoyed...I don't really think its fair!!

What should i do??!!

28 working days arent up yet but if it doesnt turn up soo i would email them again and politely ask for a response s to whenyou should expect the item. Tell them if you do not hear from them you will contact the IPM (details can be found on the comping guide post)

Or maybe look for a phone number for them and ring instead of emailing

I (finally) received much wanted lamp on Saturday, that I won 19th October 2012, many emails & many facebook comments later! Don't give up and keep nagging xx

You could also try posting on the facebook wall of the company if they have one
