Hey

I just wanted to ask you guys your experiances, with sending letters to DCA's and orginal creditors, demanding to see proof of signiture.

Have many people done this? Is it successful?

As i think im going to send the letters out, but will ask the advice on smashdoodle first.

And when you send these letters, even though your NOT admiting the debt is yours, do you have to send 1 pound in a cheque?
