Need a new graduate account!!!

hi, I took my HSBC graduate account after being on their student account, looking forward to the prospect of the 100% mortgage, I have been on the graduate account for about 6 months now but when i came to using it for the 100% mortgage they are discontinuing it on monday so it's too late for me to do anything.

Even if there arent any other banks that do offer 100% mortgages I do want to move, I have been with HSBC for a long time but getting nothing out of it now, and when I ring them I want to speak to someone in the UK, I do not want to be called by HSBC then them ask me to confirm my identity!!!

I asked them to reduce my credit card limit and stop automatic increases, and they told me if I go ahead they wont increase it again in the future.

anyway, as you can probably tell I am fed up. I have looked at martins articles on here but still cant make a decision but dont want RBS and have heard bad things about Abbey customer services (from employees!)

thanks in advance!
