hi
i used to have a natwest acc before br. today i went in to find out about using it or opening a new one. when i went br they changed it to a step acc. he did tell me that i was £45od though. this should have been included in my br but they are still saying i owe it? i couldnt go back to sort it as didnt feel so great. does anyone know what i need to do please? thanks
