Help with csa

Options
has many have im having constant problems with my ex and csa.

It not good enough that iv been to court 5 times and am still fighting my ex to have proper contact or that cafcass have said she is minipulating the child.

The csa have made a decision im diverting my income, even though the other share holder have A) invested money into busines B)gone done on personal guarentees for loans for equipment?vehicles C) divedens are paid to them not me D)they have benn involved in the biusiness from day dot all though they are family and also my wife wasnt even living with me for a period of 7 months but supposedly i was diverting my incometo her

iv showed evidence spokeing to them screamed at them do they listen......no they make there decision hear say and not eveidence that iv supplied which is actual proof

how can i sort this has at the moment they are taking all divedens in to account for there calculations??

also we here so many on here talk about how the maintience is to but the child in the some lifestyle has the nrp, so what were saying is if your strong enough to continue to fight for your child you pay for them to have that lifestyle twice!! we havre to house them even if we dont residency we have to feed cloth treat look after private health care saving ect ect and also pay for the motherto do so??

so many say ooooooo it cost 100 and thousands to support a child,?? how come im able to have a toddler and one on the way for less then my child to my ex

RANT OVER

if some can help me sort out the mess with CSA please reply

and if some can explain how its fair we have to privde for our children twice, before they go on with there selfs please consider this.

would the pwc need a home with out the kids?
would the pwc eat with out having a kid?

Your post dosent make it clear, are you actually paying anything towards the cost of raising your children?

Kids DO cost money - rent, food, heat, water, clothing, school trips and the list can go on. Just because the PWC would still need to pay rent if they didnt have kids dosent matter - they could rent a smaller property which costs less to heat etc etc.

Your CM calculation will have a reduction to help with the cost of your children when they stay overnight with you, so your not paying twice.
  • always paid csa at one point had a personal agreement and paid seven times more!

Rent houseing cost ect so what if the pwc has to buy a house with a extra room to get to have is child and then contact is continuuly stopped he doesnt get some off is csa??

let me tellyou i know how much it costs to put a roof over a childs head!! and bring one up i also now a pwc gets the short end of the stick.

for exampl my csa assesment would mgo on about how much it costean i pay for all my ex moragage with her husband and other child lives in and still some change

many rp on here blight on about how much it cost and how hard done they are when actually NRP pay twice

my point is the csa are taking other people dividens for calculation purposes withou any proof, why because they can! a joke

i paid maintence and still spent more money than PWC bought clothes holidays saving school uniform new house to make sure she had own room furniture the list is end less but still have to line the pocket of PWC.

The csa allow this by making decisions on here say not evidence.

to answer your question i have stopped paying already was stung when it changed from direct payments and back to csa with out being informed and had to pay twice!

curropt country that supposedly are equal opertuinties but a father gets treated like a second rate citizen in faamily court and with regards to csa

lets get things into perspectives, they make it unfair for a reason, theres money to be made, and no matter how anyone likes to dress it up, thats what its all about, MONEY

The running costs of the CSA are way bigger than the money they collect (which is sent to the PWCs) - so just out of curiosity, how do they "make" money?

The only thing I know about the CSA making money is that they gain interest on the maintenace collected before they distribute it to the PWC. Be interesting to know how much.

I don't think this is correct. I don't think Government departments are allowed interest bearing accounts. However, I believe this is the sort of thing you can ask under FOI.

Believe me it is. It was verified by a senior case manager.
  • Because I'm a little OCD, i did some digging. It would appear, in a way, that we are both right. Although you are more right, in that the account could potentially be interest bearing, if it weren't for the current BofE base rate.

These are the latest published Client Fund Accounts for the CSA:
    http://www.dwp.gov.uk/docs/cmec-client-funds-account-2011-12.pdf
It confirms no interest is currently paid to them on the money they collect.

    Excerpt:

    3.
    Interest received and paid
The Commission receives interest on balances deposited in the Client Funds bank account, at Bank of England base rate minus 1.0%. Since the base rate was 0.5% during the period, the effective rate was 0%.
Persons with care may, in specific circumstances, be entitled to receive interest payments. Where the Commission earns less interest on the client funds bank account than it is required to pay out, the difference is drawn down from the Secretary of State.
Where the Commission earns more interest than it pays out to persons with care, the difference is returned to the Secretary of State. See note 2.3.
No interest was received in 2011/12 (2010/11, £nil) as a consequence of the low Bank of England base rate and the effective rate being 0.0%.
£nil (2010/11, £nil) was paid to persons with care. No recovery from the Secretary of State was required (2010/11, £nil).

The oldest Client Fund Accounts I could find were 2008/09, also attached, which appears to be the last time they were paid interest.
