Green People do some nice washes and lotions that help with eczema and a lot of people have success using Oregon Grape Root balm - but do use a natural, reputable brand such as Viridian otherwise you end up with the active ingredient mixed in with a host of irritating synthetics and preservatives.

Anyone with sore, sensitive or irritated skin should steer clear of using anything containing SLS and there are lots of great sites which stock natural products. Naturisimo, Love Lula, Amarya and mypure all carry a host of good brands.
