Lunch ideas - freezable?

I'm starting a new job next month and trying to get some lunch ideas. Preferably stuff I can batch-make and freeze to save on time!
The office kitchen has a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge and freezer.
So far I'm thinking of things like smaller portions of dinner items, so I can just freeze individual lunch portions as I'm making dinner - e.g. chicken & rice, cottage pie, chili, etc.
Also wondering about how freezable other items are - I know quiche can be frozen but can it be reheated in a microwave, or does it go too soggy? I don't like cold quiche!
Mini pizzas/slices of pizza - was thinking of reheating in the toaster in toasty bags, anyone tried this?
Omelette - I know you can get those microwave omelette makers, but can omelette be cooked, frozen and microwaved?
Pasta - I've always avoided freezing it and tend to just make it up fresh as I've heard it can go a little dry when frozen and microwaved. I could make it up the night before I needed it, but who freezes it - any tricks to keeping it moist, not dry?
Any other freezable, microwavable/toastable lunch ideas would be great too

Soups are the obvious one.
I think next-day leftovers are a bit easier to manage than the freezing. I would suggest freezing a few back up meals and then just making a bit extra of dinner each evening. If you don't have any leftovers, then grab on of your frozen back ups, or, keep some jacket spuds, tins of tuna/beans, cheese etc. in. You can cook a jacket spud fairly quickly in the microwave.0
