0% credit providers don't make money on people paying 0% interest, they make it when people pay the high interest rate for defaults. In order to get people onto that rate, they may throw obstacles in buyers paths such as when they can/have to conduct a transfer. They want you to slip up/forget/not have the cash in the account, it's your job to jump through their hoops so you never pay interest!0

On another note, if you don't pay on the 12th, you may find your 0% agreement cancelled and debt collectors chasing you. Your credit file will be trashed too for good measure.
