A few questions

So this is it on Wednesday we move into our new rented accommodation after making the decision to finally declare bankrupt. Our reason for this is we are in an IVA Which has six years left to run A house with about £30,000 in negative equity, Needing to move due to 2 children ( 1 and 11 ) 2 adults in a very small 2 bedroom house, Which we can't seem to sell and then NEAM tell us they will block the sale :-( So scary but this is the start of what I hope to be a new beginning.
So my questions if anyone can help me please
1) When I complete my bankruptcy forms do i put the address as my current house where all my debtk is , or under my new rented address
2) If I filed for bankruptcy under my new address will I have to contact all my unsecured and secured creditors to inform them of this address
3) After doing my statement of affairs I have approximately £65 left each month which does not account to any holidays in that would I be expected to put this money to one side each month until I have gone bankrupt, Main reason for this is that as I am in an IVA I have two wait at least three months to receive the certificate to confirm it has failed before I am able to apply for bankruptcy, So I am looking at it leased near on June before I am able to file Bankrupt
4) This month we did not pay mortgage for the first time ever and as we're still in our mortgage property we had the surplus of £600 this month we have use this to buy a table a bed for child some carpet and general household stuff for the new home is this acceptable
5) When I do my statement of affairs I am putting my childcare down to £240 a month this is likely to start from the roundabout July time when my shift pattern changes and I will need to have childcare then will i be expected to pay this spare £150 that I have between now and June into the income payment Bearing in mind I'm not likely to go bankrupt till June.
6) Is there any recommended companies that can help me fill in the bankruptcy forms I appreciate you can get a lot from these website but I am just concerned as because being in an IVA and then we are voluntary surrender in our property back to Northern Rock I need to ensure that the shortfall of this property will be included in the bankruptcy but I do not know what shortfall will be as at present based on market value We have approximately £16,000 in negative equity And I Nordby will sell it for a lot less than this which stands to be anything up to £40,000 negative equity, With a £20,000 unsecured loan on top of this.
7) Just to check for bankruptcy it is ok to go bankrupt mainly for negative equity? Our mortgage balance balance is £120,000 Property valued at £85,000 with a £20,000 on secured loan Our personal debts contour around Balt £12,000 from me and £13,000 from my husband's in the majority of our debt is due to our home.
Appreciate any help anyone can offer it is just such a scary thing

1) It needs to be the address you are living in on the date of your BR, so if you've moved by the time you are BR, then new address is what you should quote.
2) I'd just get your mail redirected so you receive it, I wouldn't worry about telling them personally.
3) You don't need to set any money aside, if the OR deems you have excess income and requests an IPA, that only starts on the day you both agree it and isn't back dated.
4) Yes
5) When you do your SOA it needs to be as it is right on the day of BR, you can't up it thinking things will be more in future so you need to quote the amount you are paying on the BR date. If the OR later starts talking about an IPA, you can then quote how things are due to increase. Then when expenditure or income goes up or down you just let your OR know often by email after the date of BR.
6) Never pay any companies to help you complete forms. CAB do this for free, or we help you here, also for free. They are not difficult.
