There is a shop in Moira called Another Chance. It sells second hand Mother of the Bride outfits. I think they sell on behalf of clients then the seller gets part of proceeds.
I've been there once with a friend and the outfits were lovely. Most has probably only worn it once and then sent it there to sell. Lots of designer, well cut outfits. I wouldn't say it is really cheap but sells good quality at a fraction of the new price.

Keep a look out for local botique sales, they sell their outfits for peanuts compared to their normal price.

There's a lovely preloved shop called Deja Vu in Richhill, also there are 2 desgner preloved shops on the Lisburn Road in Belfast, one coincidentally called Deja Vu! Can't remember the name of the other one.

Or there's Debenhams, HoF, Coast, Monsoon etc.

Stay away from most of the 'traditional' bridal/MOB shops if you don't want to be ripped off, though
