Thanks for your idiot proof guide - I needed it !
My cinema is not listed so I decided to get tickets for my old Dad and his mate.
So no use me putting my cc details in as proof of id..... as he won't be able to take my cc along (he lives the other side of the country!)
So how to get the tickets......
I appear to have 2 in my basket, and it says nothing to pay.
I have put in my email address, assuming I would be sent the tickets as SKY and SFF and Virgin do..... but now all this cc stuff.

You put in credit card details £0.00 taken.
To collect at Cineworld EITHER put in c card OR put in booking ref which is in confirmation email you receive after booking....
You do not need c card to collect . ...Chum0
