Loan Question Advice Much Appreciated

Hi
Before I ask the question I would really appreciate nobody judging me as I already know that interest is high and not the best idea.

Does anybody know if it is possible to apply for a loan with Greenwoods Personal Credit (doorstep lender) when you already have a loan with Provident Personal Finance (as greenwoods is their sister company) ?
And would it be the same agent as the provident one or a different one?

Thanks to anyone that can help in advance
Amy x

  • im not going to judge and i cant directly answer your question
but have you considered joining your local credit union?after a few months of saving small but regular amounts they will consider you for a loan at a fraction of what doorstep lenders charge

Hi there yes you can apply even though same company, and it will more than likely be a different agent. As they are still kept seperate to an extent!

    Hope this helps :j
  • Hi

  • I am not sure you have asked the correct question.

You can apply to any lender for a loan, whether they will give you one is probably a better one to be asking.
    Thinking critically since 1996....
  • Hi
Thanks Yes I know that I could be refused the loan and I'm not guaranteed it but I was just wanting to know if it is possible to even apply if I already have a loan with their sister company. And if they are normally different agents.
    Thanks
    Amy
