CSA Stopping Payments

Brief history,was paying CSA normally for many years till was made redundant and put on JSA.Was paying at the £5 flat rate for a few months now.Totally out of the blue,iv had a letter from DWP saying that from May,this will stop because (quote)

"we have been taking money from your Jobseekers Allowance.We will stop taking money because;
We can no longer take this money from your Jobseekers Allowance.We will stop taking this from May 2013.If you want a full explanation,please get in touch with us."

Obviously,I will,but I just wonderd if anyone had the heads up here,why has this happened,and how will I pay from May?
Im not in contact with the mother so ? Whats happening here ? :eek:
