Hi
It's my daughter's 18th birthday and she is having a party next weekend. We have ordered some balloons that look like chubba lollies to put on the tables (just a bit of fun) but am not sure the best way to display them. The shop had them in some tubes decorated with ribbon round it but they wanted to charge me £4.50  each which l thought was way to expensive.
Does anyone have any ideas what else I could use to stand them up in but doesn't cost £4.50. I have managed to get some tubes but they need something to stand on and card is way to thin.
Many thanks.

what about something like this?

i am positive you can get longer lengths for not much more £££s and its easily cut
string onto the balloon, thread down the pipe and tape to the bottom
would look like a lolly stick
decorate with ribbon if you wish but it wouldnt need it0 -
What about oasis foam, the grey for dried flowers would probably be best. If the balloons are on sticks they could be pushed into the foam. The foam could be covered in paper or sweets depending on how much you want to spend.0
