Bradford and Bingley MEAF

I applied for MEAF and followed the guides on this site. The Bradford and Bingley say that I was only charged £75 ( 4years ago) so they are only offerng me £25. As I have no records I can't really prove anything.
Has anyone else got a refund or had dealings with the Bradford and Bingley?

    One letter = £25

    Worth the effort then.
