<H2>Terms and conditions for £1000 prize draw

1. No purchase necessary. ‘A thank you from home phone’ monthly prize draw promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over, except for employees of Tesco directly connected with the promotion or their immediate families or agents.
2. Tesco Home Phone customers will be automatically entered into the promotion from date of registration with Tesco home phone.
3. For free entry complete the online entry form at www.tesco.com/athankyoufromhomephone by the 15th of any promotion month. Free entries are valid for the following draw only.
4. Only one entry per household.
5. Each prize draw will take place on or around the 20th of each month from January 2005 to June 2005 inclusive. The closing date for the promotion is 15th June 2005.
6. The winner of each prize draw will be the first valid entry drawn.
7. Winners will be notified by email within 14 days of each prize draw and the £1,000 prize paid by bank cheque. There is no cash alternative.
