sorry trying not to be pesimistic but I just wanted clarification from the experts before i get too excited.
what can happen now, we have no IPA set up does that mean our financial circumstances could change say today and we dont need to inform them?
we were borderline as to whether we would have got an IPA as husband wages fluctuate is there any way they could reassess and deam yes we need to pay one?
sorry to ask questions still i just want to know what now? and if there are any nasty surprises

If you have been discharged with no IPA, then that is it.
An IPA is no longer possible, and you do not now have to inform the OR/trustee of increases in income.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

hi>>>From a quick search, I take it you are both Discharged?
If so, and no IPA has been agreed.....then you are free to earn as much or as little as you wish.
Without having to report changes to the OR.
Once AD, the OR cannot retrospectively claim an IPA...unless they discover some sort of cover-up has gone on...
shute....fermi and the flying fingers beat me to it again.....No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
no there was no cover up we have always been open with any changes in income but they were always aware as it fluctuated but they never responded to any of our calls or emails can only imagine they were too busy.
we are both discharged - time to start a new life........debt free one x0 -

Sorry, The way I put it may not have been too clear........I wasn't suggesting you were hiding anything...merely that, to be right, I felt the need to add, for others, the fact that an OR can retrospectively seek an IPA/O if they discover a lack of candour on the part of a BR individual.
I think a Court would be involved, however, in that sort of circumstance....and it might make the national press to boot. No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
sorry i wasnt taking it that way i just wanted to clear that there was nothing concealed. its just as with BR you tend to always think the worst and think what if they didnt look at the bank accounts or didnt check proplerly as we have had NO contact what so ever since first interview after court. so i expected further forms or SOA before discharge but nothing what so ever.
so just want to be sure nothing could happen now we are discharged.
it still doesnt feel real x0
