I'm looking in the same area and I have only found one place which seems to be an OK deal. Although only been researching for a week or so. The place I found is the Hare and Hounds in Westonbirt. Hopefully going to have a look around soon. From their sample menu I worked out for wedding breakfast to be £2250, evening sausage/bacon rolls £470 and room hire £505. They do package deals too but I would need to discuss this with the venue.
Good luck with your search, please update this thread if you find anywhere, any help is great!

have you tried the chain hotels...best western is a chain but seems to have quite a few local small type locations...

A lot will depend on how many guests you want usually for a figure of under 3k then it would be for between 40 and 60 guests ....if you want more they can usually accomodate them but thats where an extra fee is applicable.

holiday inn did a similar all in package a few years ago it may be worthwhile perhaps calling them to see if they have anything current...

Another tip would be to perhaps consider a weekday wedding...even in some of the very expensive places the rates can fall dramatically if you are able to marry on say a friday or monday...

A few options here which might be suitable

I just googled wedding packages bristol and it was the first that came up...but there were others all similar

I do also remember there being a groupon deal recently that someone posted for weddings at Bath race course...cant remember any details about what was included but for some reason its stayed in my memory...perhaps a search of groupon might bring up something similar in the area.
