If anything, CCCS upped our budget figures as we had cut things to the bone but they suggested the budget has to be liveable. I remember your previous posts (and glad to see you are still on the forum) - did you get your budget worked out yet?
Thanks newgirl. They certainly sound really helpful but I'm still at that "trying to pluck up courage to phone" stage. I definitely will within the next couple of weeks though. I will take a day annual leave from work and do it when the kids are at school. Thanksfrom my experience be prepared for N Rock - as a prev poster mentioned they pursue hard and they were the only ones on my DMP who refused to accept the offer. Let the CCCS deal with them - they have a habit of pursuing large amounts through court to get a charging order so as secure the debt - fight them head on. Good luck
Thanks also Jase. I don't understand about the court bit. I would lose my job if I got taken to court. What happens there. I would lose my job if I had to go to court and my OH would def find out. Any advice?Official DMP Mutual Support Club Member No. 730
