Phone the estate agent and your solicitor.
Find out from them what is waiting to happen and when it should have happened by.
Then when that time is up, phone again and check if it has happened.

I've phoned our solicitor and she is trying to chase things up - but as she has said there is not much she can do as its to with the buyer's purchase.

Our money is sitting in their account gaining interest too!! :(:(

If you have the vendors number you could give him a call asking a question (I called askign for them to take a measurement for me) and just ask them how things are moving there side.
  • heard from solicitor asking for completion dates - hoping for an exchange today or tomorrow :D:D
