6. Once a winner has been chosen, we will verify whether or not the individual is a Barclaycard customer using the details submitted when entering. If the individual is a Barclaycard customer they will receive £250 spending money sent via cheque.

7. No responsibility will be taken by Barclaycard for entries which for technical or other reasons are not entered correctly or are lost. Incorrect and incomplete entries will not qualify for the prize draw. No entries from agents, third parties, organised group or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted.

8. The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. The draw will take place no later than 2 working days after the draw closes for entry (25th February) and will be supervised by an independent adjudicator.

9. Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone within 2 working days of each weekly draw and given details of how to claim their prize.

10. If a winner has not responded to the email or phone call within 2 working days, an alternative winner will be drawn. Up to a maximum of two alternative winners will be chosen following the initial draw.

11. The prize will be fulfilled within 28 working days of contacting and confirming the prize with the winner.

12. The name and county of the winner and the name of the independent observer will be available to anyone sending an email to barclaycardfb@thisisdare.com within 28 days of the published closing date. No other correspondence will be entered into.

13. It is a condition of entry that if you win a prize you agree to take part in reasonable publicity at no expense to the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the name, photograph, and county of the winners or to publicize the prize-giving presentation after the date of the prize draw and within a year of this date.
