My partner brought two car in Noember last year from her money. She registered one in my name to use. Im filling for bancrupcy. SHe is losing her car ( being returned to dealer as faulty, long story) she wants the car I use back in her name. Will this be seen as hidding an asset. I can prove that she paid for it out of her bank account with her savings.

Should be fine; the "Registered keeper" is not proof of ownership and it's not your asset to hide.0

Yep, I agree. If you can prove she bought it, then it is still her asset. OR cannot claim it, even if you are the registered keeper.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
